So far have loved it. Got our first two movies the other day both work great so ordered 5 more today.
I've had only one book that didn't get shipped or delivered in several years. It was during the height of the pandemic & I don't know whatever happened with it
So far, so good! Everything was straightforward, although there wasn't an obvious/easy way to get back to find one last book once I had moved on to the Paypal screen.
I saw a notice for free shipping and ended up paying over $15.00 in shipping. What's up with that.
I was looking for a specific book & this came up at the best price. Hopefully they do have the quantity that I want.
This is the second time I had to order this title, as sellers are not consistently updating their inventory list. Also, wanted to use the free shipping deal for the weekend, but not coupon code in the email I received promoting the weekend deal.
First time here... don't really know at this point why shipping is what it is... are these separate packages?
I had problems as the website did not allow me to check out. I was first (over the weekend) told basically "stand by." That wasted several days and a discount. I emailed again (on Monday) and was at that time helpfully told to try another browser... at 4 am today, again missing out on a valuable day and another discount. I am trying to get the books in advance of a birthday on Feb. 28. That now seems unlikely, although I have expedited one of the books I ordered. The second one could not be expedited, so fingers crossed. Anyway, that is my sad tale. But I am very glad to have finally been able to place the order.
It's been pretty good I just thought how the shipping was done was confusing like the whole not seeing that you get free shipping until the very end of filing all the stuff was confusing as a first time buyer
Listing was horrible
When I noticed the listing was incorrect
I could only email and response time was ridiculous
Need phone support!
Will not use alibris again cost me more than amazon!

Let's just say, they advertise falsely. They misrepresent what they are selling. Buyer beware.

I wanted to give a smaller company a leg up. That was a mistake.
